Tom Collins – G’Vine Floraison

This classic cocktail dates back to the 19th century, although its exact origins or who it is named after remains unclear.   However, the name has become immortalised as one of the most iconic gin cocktails.

This is a delightfully refreshing, tangy cocktail and superb for cooling down on a warm summer’s day.

G’Vine Floraison enhances this classic with its signature smoothness, fresh grape flavours and floral notes, evoking the perfumes of early summer flowers.
