Gin Sling – G’Vine Floraison
In the world of gin cocktails, gin sling has a special place – not least because of the impressive array of flavours that complement the gin, which include cherry liqueur, Cointreau and Bénédictine.
Made with G’Vine Floraison, your gin sling will have superbly smooth, rounded qualities.
Ingredients
- 3 cl / ≈ 1 fl oz G’Vine Floraison
- 1.5 cl / ≈ ½ fl oz Cherry Heering liqueur
- 12 cl / ≈ 4 fl oz pineapple juice
- 1.5 cl / ≈ ½ fl oz lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 7 ml / ≈ ¼ fl oz Cointreau orange liqueur
- 7 ml / ≈ ¼ fl oz Bénédictine herbal liqueur
- 1.5 – 3 cl / ≈ ½ – 1 fl oz grenadine
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
Method
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.
Serve in a sling glass garnished with a slice of lemon.
